Cookie Policy

Last updated: 10 August 2026

EXECUTIA follows a privacy-first approach. We aim to minimise the use of cookies and similar technologies.

Current practice on executia.io

Following an audit of the production website codebase, EXECUTIA currently aims to operate without non-essential tracking on executia.io. We did not find Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Vercel Analytics, or embedded YouTube/Vimeo tracking integrations in the public site code.

Because non-essential tracking is not implemented, EXECUTIA does not display a cookie consent banner for optional analytics or marketing cookies on this website at this time.

Strictly necessary cookies / technologies

Where needed for basic operation, security or infrastructure, strictly necessary technologies may be used. These are limited to what is required to deliver the service you request or to keep the site secure and functional.

Security and infrastructure-related storage

Hosting, CDN and platform providers may set or process technical cookies, headers or logs that are necessary for routing, security, abuse prevention and reliable delivery. Some interactive demonstration pages may also use browser storage (such as localStorage) for local session or demo state. That storage is not used as a marketing tracker on the public marketing site.

Optional analytics

Optional analytics are used only if implemented. At present, EXECUTIA aims to operate without non-essential analytics on executia.io. If optional analytics are introduced later, this policy will be updated and consent will be obtained before non-essential tracking where legally required.

Optional marketing / tracking

Optional marketing or advertising tracking is used only if implemented. At present, EXECUTIA aims to operate without non-essential marketing tracking on executia.io. If such technologies are introduced later, they will not load before required consent is obtained.

Consent for non-essential tracking

Where legally required, consent will be requested before non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies are activated. Essential technologies required for the site to function may be used without consent.

How preferences can be changed

If a consent mechanism is introduced in the future, you will be able to change or withdraw non-essential preferences through that mechanism. You can also control cookies through your browser settings at any time.

Browser controls

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies and to control site data. Restricting cookies may affect some website features.

Third-party technologies, where applicable

If third-party technologies are added later (for example fonts, hosting edges, or optional embeds), their operators may process technical data according to their own policies. We aim to limit third-party technologies to what is necessary for a reliable, privacy-respecting experience.

Updates to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when our practices change. The “Last updated” date will be revised when changes are published. For personal data processing more broadly, see our Privacy Policy and Data Protection page.
